Fb Caricaturama Showdown 3000 challenge: Andy Serkis

A great actor who hides behind the scene on LOTR, King Kong etc.

Commissioned Job: Caricatures for wedding consultancy firm - Ode To Joy

I'm tasked to draw 3 caricatures of the beautiful owners of "Ode To Joy". One of them is my friend, Joan. She requested the artworks  for her partners and herself to be placed in their website. She described the personalities of each of them so I could draw to them fittingly.

For larger pics, please refer to their company's website http://www.odetojoy.com.sg/about.

Fb Caricaturama Showdown Challenge: Ricky Gervais

My proudest piece recently. Received some positive comments from fellow caricaturists from the international weekly competition on Facebook including the magnificent Chris Wahl. Managed to get some votes for best caricature for the week, truly satisfying and honoured given the arena is full of professional and creative artist. YES!

Fb Caricaturama Showdown 3000 challenge: Uma Thurman

Uma As The Bride in "Kill Bill Vol. 1"

Fb Caricaturama Showdown 3000 challenge: Christian Bale

Always wanted to draw him. A great actor.... since he was young. Marvelled at his acting skills from Empire of the Sun until the recent Batman Begins. Thought he was easy to draw.... I was wrong! Think I did not capture the likeness in this. But still like the texture and concept.

Fb Caricaturama Showdown 3000 challenge: Michael C Hall

Rather unfamiliar with the subject but enjoy drawing him. An actor from Dexter, a famous TV series.

Fb Caricaturama Showdown 3000 challenge: Vincent van Gogh sketch

Did this sketch for facebook's Caricaturama challenge. 1st saw the skull with cigarettes on the cover of David Sedaris book. It captured my attention and it actually suits the book well. Didn't know it was by great impressionist painter,Vincent van Gogh until I googled him. Definitely one of his darker, sinister piece but my favourite.
